Meet Effie Kolbeins
Hello there,

I'm Effie...I know...the name is different, as am I.
​
I've been on a lifelong journey to get into real estate on MY terms and I have finally accomplished this. I’m delighted to be growing my assets as limited as they presently are. I have my first SFH and I’m a 50% partner in an Airbnb… but come follow me. See where I’m at by the end of 2024, and where I’ll be when 2025 ends.

I’m not a spring chicken and yet I am extremely determined and even fierce. I believe in growing by helping others and through the JV model; one is wholesaling, another is developing co-living properties, and one is in lending. I have incredible partnerships, and more will come.

Lending is still early on; a dozen EMD and 5 PML. I’m continuing to learn and grow here as I have great mentors, and am connected with multiple institutional lenders. This will continue to flourish, but slowly as I vet, then vet some more, and underwrite conservatively.
